Watsontown is a borough of about 2,255 residents located in Northumberland County, in central Pennsylvania. Situated along the West Branch of the Susquehanna River, the primary transportation route in the 1700's & 1800's, Watsontown grew as a transportation hub that spurred settlement & building of mills & businesses.  Today, Watsontown has historic homes, manufacturing enterprises & access to recreation along the Susquehanna River & forests of central Pennsylvania.

Police Department in the Sesquicentennial Parade
Sampson had the honor of leading Watsontown's 150 year celebration parade this past weekend in Watsontown. A special thanks to the community for their support of their police department and Farra DeNell Phillips (Fox View Farm) for preparing Sampson for this important event. Sesquicentennial Meeting

Watsontown Borough will be celebrating it's 150th 

anniversary in 2017. The next meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 7 pm in Council Chambers.
